Business Process Management Software (BPMS) manages processes and the attributed information in a simple and intuitive way, allowing your employees to focus their time on process improvement and execution, rather than on managing the processes themselves. As your processes expand their level of complexity increases exponentially — a powerful tool is needed in order to manage the growth and complexity of your process maps. By using a BPMS tool, your company gains the value of BPM without being burdened with the maintenance of process information. Instead the information is put at your fingertips. Interfacing Technologies offers an entire suite of Business Process Management Software (BPMS solutions that will allow you to permeated business processes throughout your entire organization. We offer a BPMS mapping plug-in for MS Visio, Charter. Charter lets your company to map its processes with the intuitive clarity required to push process design onto the workflow of your company. Our process simulator, Designer, allows you to conduct ‘what if’ scenario tests on your processes. Designer also integrates into Charter, allowing for effective change management. This seems for me Its TOTALLY THE WRONG WAY. one never assign work to persons. what if that guy gets sick, fired or has way to much work to handle. BPM is all about managing the workload. Assigning flows to a user eliminated that.

No any concrete info. How can be BP described without any programming?
How can users see actual (active) BPs?
How can be BP not only visually described, but also visually executed?
    Etc. etc.

I use PayDox AJAX-BPM to visually describe & visually execute BPs

mjpucher must have one hell of a company. BPM is a tool, you nut head. We can’t take this looser seriously. He needs BPM Elite

  • mjpucher said,

look guys, a business is run by its people and not by a computer. BPM does not make a business more agile but more rigid. As soon you have documented the processes they are outdated and no one knows how they intersect. The idea of BPM optimizing is an ILLUSION! Yes, the business user is the process owner and he needs to be supported by means for auditing and monitoring but he MUST NOT BE CONTROLLED by the BPM tool. BPM is dead, flexible management of CHAOTIC and AD-HOC processes is the future.

Your product looks awsome, I’m so tired of working in Visio… we just completed an 8 month project with Visio and now we are drowning in all the disconnected process maps, I wish I heard of your product 8 months ago…
Does your company offer BPMN training services? Our company wants to adopt the BPMN standard for our process improvement program because it is a highly supported standard but we don’t have the proper in-house expertise. thanks -

This EPC product looks like it would help our company greatly. Currenlty we have hundreds of powerpoint and visio diagrams but it’s been next to impossible to fit them together to get a clear end-to-end view of our processes.

BPM is one of those buzz words that pops up in office conversations all the time. I am really pleased to have gained a better understanding so that I can add my two cents the next time it comes up.

    Great video, thanks!!

I agree! My boss asked me to learn more about BPM now I can show her and others in my office the benefits of this great idea. It really has been made simple.
